Point: ○○はどうでしたか？　←polite　/　○○はどうだった？　←casual

This is for asking what something was like, or what someone’s opinion was about something, in the past tense.

For example:
今の職場はどうですか？
面接どうだった？　←in very casual conversation, you can even drop the particle “は”
